# The Severn Bridge (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend regulation 12(6) of the Severn Bridge Regulations 1993 by adding the word “refuelling” as one of the factors to be used to assess the charge payable when a vehicle has broken down and by increasing the rates of charge payable.
