# Severn Bridges Act 1992, Paragraph 4


The British Railways Board may, subject to such requirements as the Secretary of State may from time to time lay down, provide, maintain and operate at or near the level crossing forming part of Work No. 9 such barriers, lights, traffic signs and automatic or other devices and appliances as may be approved by the Secretary of State.
