# The Severn Bridges (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 3: Place and manner of payment


In Regulation 5(1), omit the comma following the phrase “shall be paid by the driver of the vehicle” and for the words “in cash” substitute “by a recognised means of payment,” and omit the words “by the insertion of coins”.
