Made 6th December 1994
Coming into force 1st January 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport in accordance with the provisions of section 9(2)(b) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992 (in this Order referred to as “the Act of 1992”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
