Coming into force 1st January 1996
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(2)(b) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992 (in this Order referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
