Paragraph 14 New WWTW

When developing new and significantly upgraded WWTW, a detailed review of the proposed design shall be undertaken and this shall include a justification for the selection of process technology and controls at the planning and design stage. The design shall incorporate adequate odour containment and treatment provisions.
