# The Sewerage Nuisance (Code of Practice) (Scotland) Order 2006, Paragraph 9: Baseline Control Measures


Staff at all levels having duties related to the management, operation, maintenance or repair of odour critical processes and plant shall be appropriately trained and competent and have documented training records.
