  "text": "Subject to section 4 below, it shall be the duty of Scottish Water to inspect, maintain, repair, cleanse, empty, ventilate and where appropriate renew all sewers SUD systems, , sewage treatment works and other works vested in it by virtue of this Act or of the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 3).",
