After Article 5 of the principal Order there shall be inserted the following Article:—

“5A

So far as section 38 of the Act (discriminatory advertisements) relates to the publication of printed advertisements, it shall not be unlawful under that section to publish or cause to be published before 1st April 1976 such an advertisement if it was printed for publication or made up for such printing before 15th December 1975.”
