Coming into Operation 1st January 1984

Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament for forty days (computed in accordance with section 7(1) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946) and neither House of Parliament has resolved that the Order be not made:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Sex Discrimination Act 1975^f1, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following order:—
