# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Paragraph 59ZE

Extent: S

An offence under section 34(1) of that Act (communicating indecently with an older child) if the offender—
(a) was 18 or over, or
(b) in respect of the offence, is or has been—
(i) sentenced to a term of imprisonment, or
(ii) admitted to a hospital.
