# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Paragraph 59ZG

Extent: S

An offence under section 35 of that Act (sexual exposure to an older child) if the offender—
(a) was 18 or over, or
(b) in respect of the offence, is or has been—
(i) sentenced to a term of imprisonment, or
(ii) admitted to a hospital.
