# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Paragraph 59ZH

Extent: S

An offence under section 36 of that Act (voyeurism towards an older child) if the offender—
(a) was 18 or over, or
(b) in respect of the offence, is or has been—
(i) sentenced to a term of imprisonment, or
(ii) admitted to a hospital.
