# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Paragraph 92Y


An offence under section 69 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 (possession of paedophile manual) if the offender—
(a) was 18 or over, or
(b) is sentenced in respect of the offence to imprisonment for a term of at least 12 months.
