# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Paragraph 26 (1) The Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 is amended as follows. (2) In section 103 (evidence of persons under 14 in committal proceedings), in subsection (2)(c), after β€œthe Protection of Children Act 1978” insert β€œ or Part 1 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ”.
