  "text": "(1) The Criminal Justice Act 1988 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 32 (evidence through television links), in subsection (2)(c), after “the Protection of Children Act 1978” insert “ or Part 1 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ”.\n(3) In section 160(1) (possession of indecent photograph of child), at the beginning insert “ Subject to subsection (1A), ”.",
