  "heading": "Application of orders throughout the United Kingdom",
  "text": "(1) In this section “relevant order” means—\n(a) a sexual harm prevention order or an order under Chapter 2 of Part 11 of the Sentencing Code (sexual harm prevention orders on conviction);\n(b) an interim sexual harm prevention order;\n(c) a sexual offences prevention order;\n(d) an interim sexual offences prevention order;\n(e) a foreign travel order;\n(f) a sexual risk order;\n(g) an interim sexual risk order;\n(h) a risk of sexual harm order;\n(i) an interim risk of sexual harm order;\n(ia) a sexual harm prevention order made under section 11 or 12 of the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 22);\n(ib) an interim sexual harm prevention order made under section 21 of that Act;\n(ic) a sexual risk order made under section 27 of that Act;\n(id) an interim sexual risk order made under section 31 of that Act.\n(j) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(k) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) For the purposes of sections 103I, 113, 122, 122H and 128, prohibitions or requirements imposed by a relevant order made in one part of the United Kingdom apply (unless expressly confined to particular localities) throughout that and every other part of the United Kingdom.",
