  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if—\n(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina or anus of another person with a part of his body or anything else,\n(b) the penetration is sexual, and\n(c) the other person is under 13.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.",
