# Sexual Offences Act 2003, Section 88H: Review of indefinite notification requirements: power to amend periods

Extent: S

The Secretary of State may by order amend—
(a)the periods specified in sections 88B(1)(a) and (b); and
(b)the fixed period specified in section 88C(2).
