Made 3rd June 1992
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 8(3) of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 I hereby make the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1992.

## 2 

The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st August 1992.
