  "text": "(1) Education bodies must consider shared education when—\n(a) developing, adopting, implementing or revising policies, strategies and plans; and\n(b) designing and delivering public services.\n(2) The education bodies are—\n(a) the Department of Education;\n(b) the Education Authority;\n(c) the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools;\n(d) the Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment; and\n(e) the Youth Council for Northern Ireland.",
