  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Shared Parental Leave and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014.\n(2) The provisions of this Order specified in article 37 come into force on 31st December 2014.\n(3) The remaining provisions of this Order come into force on 5th April 2015.",
