# The Shared Parental Leave and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 14: Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (Application of Parts 12ZA and 12ZB to Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations 2003

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (Application of Parts 12ZA and 12ZB to Adoptions from Overseas Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (application of Part 12ZA of the Act to adoptions from overseas) omit “as it concerns both ordinary statutory paternity pay and additional statutory paternity pay”.
(3) In Schedule 1 (application of Part 12ZA of the Act to adoptions from overseas) —
(a) in the column headed “Provision” omit—
(i) “Section 171ZEB(2)”;
(ii) “Section 171ZEB(5)”;
(iii) “Section 171ZEE(3)”;
(iv) “Section 171ZEE(4)”;
(v) “Section 171ZEE(5)”;
(b) in the column headed “Modification” omit the modifications to the provisions referred to in sub-paragraph (a).
