# The Shared Parental Leave and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 16: Reserve Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2005

(1) The Reserve Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.
(2) In rule A.1(4) (interpretation: general)—
(a) omit the definition of “additional paternity leave”;
(b) in the definition of “ordinary paternity leave” omit the word “ordinary”.
(3) In rule A.3 (meaning of “assumed pay”), in paragraph (2)(d) omit the words “ordinary paternity leave or on paid additional”.
