# The Shared Parental Leave and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 25: Education (Specified Work) (England) Regulations 2012

In regulation 3 of the Education (Specified Work) (England) Regulations 2012, paragraph (2) (a)(iii) is amended as follows—
(a) “80AA,” and “80BB,” are omitted;
(b) after sub-paragraph (iv) the following paragraph is added—
“(v) the right to shared parental leave conferred by section 75E or 75G of the ERA 1996;”.
