  "text": "(1) The Armed Forces (Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme and Further and Higher Education Commitment Scheme) Order 2012 is amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) omit the definition of “additional paternity leave”;\n(b) in the definition of “ordinary paternity leave”, omit the word “ordinary”;\n(c) after the definition of “the Scheme administrator” insert—\n““shared parental leave” means leave under section 75E or 75G of the Employment Rights Act 1996;”\n(d) in the definition of “qualifying service”—\n(i) “for “ordinary paternity leave” substitute “paternity leave”;\n(ii) after “paternity leave” insert “shared parental leave”.",
