  "text": "(1) The Universal Credit Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) the definition of “additional statutory paternity pay” is omitted;\n(b) in the definition of “ordinary statutory paternity pay” the word “ordinary” is omitted in both places where it occurs;\n(c) after the definition of “statutory maternity pay” insert—\n““statutory shared parental pay” means statutory shared parental pay payable in accordance with Part 12ZC of the Contributions and Benefits Act;”.\n(3) In regulation 32 (the work condition), in paragraph (2)(b)—\n(a) the word “ordinary” is omitted;\n(b) omit “additional statutory paternity pay,”;\n(c) after “statutory adoption pay” insert “, statutory shared parental pay”.\n(4) In regulation 55 (employed earnings), in paragraph (4)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “ordinary”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (d);\n(c) in sub-paragraph (e) at the end for “.” substitute “; and”;\n(d) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—\n“(f) statutory shared parental pay.”.",
