  "text": "(1) The Armed Forces Pensions Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (interpretation)—\n(a) omit the definition of “additional paternity leave”;\n(b) in the definition of “ordinary paternity leave” omit the word “ordinary”;\n(c) after the definition of “sending scheme” insert—\n““shared parental leave” means leave under section 75E or 75G of the Employment Rights Act 1996;”.\n(3) For paragraph (2)(b) of regulation 24 (meaning of “assumed pay”) substitute—\n“(b) is on ordinary adoption leave, ordinary maternity leave, paternity leave or paid shared parental leave;”.",
