A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 236(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 47C(2), 75E, 75F(1), (4), (7) to (14), and (16), 75G(1) to (6), 75H(1), (4), (7) to (14), and (16), 75I(1), (4), and (5), 75J, 75K(1) and (6), and 99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, makes the following Regulations.
