Article 1 Title, commencement and territorial extent

This Order may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification (England) Order 2000 and shall come into force—

(a)

as respects all articles except for articles 8, 9, 12 and 15, on 1 September 2000; and

(b)

as respects articles 8, 9, 12 and 15, on 1 January 2001.

This Order extends to England only.
