# The Sheep and Goats Spongiform EncephalopathyOrder 1998, Article 12: Amendment of the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996


In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996 (which lists certain diseases to be notified for the purposes of the Act) the disease “Scrapie” shall be omitted.
