The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 32(2), 34(7), 35(1) and (3), 36(2) and (5)(a), 72, 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981f1 hereby make the following Order:—
