Coming into force 27th May 1987
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 14(1) and (2), 15(4), 17(1), 23 and 25 of the Animal Health Act 1981 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, order as follows:—
