This Order amends the Sheep Scab Order 1986. The changes of substance made by this Order are the inclusion of provisions in the 1986 Order which—

(1)

permit a sheep dealer to keep records of sales of sheep for the purposes of article 27 of the 1986 Order in a form which is in effect substantially the same as Form P set out in Schedule 1 to the 1986 Order (article 2(5)); and

(2)

require the occupier of any premises on which there are sheep and the owner or person in charge of the sheep to comply with all reasonable requirements of an inspector with a view to facilitating the taking of samples of the fleece of those sheep by the inspector under article 30(2) of the 1986 Order (article 2(6)).
