  "text": "(1) Any person who is the owner or person in charge of any sheep which are in an infected area at the time the declaratory order ceases to have effect shall either personally or by his duly authorised agent, make a declaration in Form J.\n(2) Such a declaration shall be delivered to the local authority within 8 days of the declaratory order ceasing to have effect.",
