  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Order, an inspector may at any reasonable time enter any premises on which he has reason to believe that sheep are kept and examine any sheep on those premises and, where the sheep are required to be dipped in accordance with any provision of this Order, supervise the dipping of them.\n(2) An inspector entering any premises under paragraph (1) above shall if so required by the person in charge of the premises produce evidence of his authority and state in writing his reasons for entering.",
