Article 2 Revocation and amendment

(1)

The Sheep Scab (National Dip) Order 1990^f1, the Sheep Scab (National Dip) (Amendment) Order 1991^f2 and the Sheep Scab Order 1992^f3 are hereby revoked.

(2)

In the Transit of Animals Order 1927^f4 in article 1 in the definition of “Disease” the reference to sheep scab shall be deleted.

(3)

In the Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1927^f5 in article 4(3) in the definition of “Disease” the reference to sheep scab shall be deleted.

(4)

In Schedule 2 to the Importation of Animals Order 1977^f6 the reference to the Sheep Scab Order of 1938 as amended shall be deleted.
