  "text": "(1) Licences issued or notices given under this Order—\n(a) must be in writing;\n(b) may be made subject to conditions necessary to prevent the spread of sheep scab; and\n(c) may be amended, suspended or revoked in writing at any time.\n(2) A person moving sheep under the authority of a licence issued under this Order must—\n(a) keep the licence or a copy of it with him or her at all times during the licensed movement; and\n(b) on demand made under this Order by an inspector—\n(i) produce the licence or copy and allow a copy to be taken; and\n(ii) provide his or her name and address.",
