The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 35(3) of the Agriculture Act 1957^f1 and now vested in them^f2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
