Made 5th February 2026
Coming into operation 6th February 2026
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 124(1) and (2) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 and now vested in it.

## 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026 and come into operation on 6 February 2026.

## 2 Revocation

The Shellfish Gathering (Conservation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026 are hereby revoked.
