# The Sheriff Court Districts Amendment Order 2013, Article 10: Kirkcudbright sheriff court district and Kirkcudbright sheriff court


(1) In columns 2 and 4 of Schedule 1 omit “Kirkcudbright”.
(2) In column 3 of Schedule 1—
(a) omit the entry relating to Kirkcudbright; and
(b) in the entry relating to Dumfries, for “27-70” substitute “15-70”.
(3) In the application of articles 14 and 15 of this Order—
(a) “the appointed date” means 30th November 2013;
(b) “the closing court” means the sheriff court held at Kirkcudbright; and
(c) “the receiving court” means the sheriff court held at Dumfries.
