# The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment (No.2) Order 1988, Article 3


Article 9 of the Sheriff Court Fees Order 1985 shall be amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:—
“(2) Except in relation to the fees specified in item 27A in Table A Fees, the fees otherwise payable by a debtor or a creditor in terms of this Order shall not apply to any proceedings under the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987( ). ” .
