Article 2

In Part II of the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Sheriff Court Fees Order 1985^f1 for the entry in column 1 of paragraph 14 there shall be substituted the following:–

“Enforcement of United Kingdom Judgments

Any proceedings under the Inferior Courts Judgments Extension Act 1882^f2 or under sections 12 or 18 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982^f3”.
