# The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1988, Article 2


Article 7 of the Sheriff Court Fees Order 1985() shall be amended by substituting, for paragraphs (a) to (c), the following:—
“(a) income support or family credit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986(); or (b) advice and assistance from a solicitor under the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986() in respect of the simplified divorce application.”.
