# The Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Sheriff Court Fees Order 1985 so as to increase most of the fees payable to the sheriff clerk in relation to proceedings in the sheriff court.
