Made 4th March 1997
Laid before Parliament 11th March 1997
Coming into force 1st April 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Courts of Law Fees (Scotland) Act 1895 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
