# The Sheriff Court Fees Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and effect

Extent: S

(1) This Order may be cited as the Sheriff Court Fees Order 2026 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on 1 April 2026.
(2) Article 3(1)(b) and schedule 2 take effect, and article 3(1)(a) and schedule 1 cease to have effect, on 1 April 2027.
