# The Sheriff Court Fees Order 2026, Article 4: Certain fees payable only once

Extent: S

The fees payable in respect of the following matters are payable on one occasion only in respect of a cause—
(a) the matters specified in paragraphs 5, 24, 25 and 28 of the Table of Fees in Part 1 of schedule 1 or 2, and
(b) the matters specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Table of Fees in Part 2 of schedule 1 or 2.
