# The Sheriff Court Fees Order 2026, Article 5: Matters included in certain fees

The following matters include, where appropriate, issue of an extract decree—
(a) the matters specified in paragraphs 1, 5 to 8, 16 and 23 of the Table of Fees in Part 1 of schedule 1 or 2, and
(b) the matters specified in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Table of Fees in Part 2 of schedule 1 or 2.
