# Sheriff Courts Consignations (Scotland) Act 1893, Section 9: Payment by Queen’s Remembrancer to Exchequer.


It shall be lawful for the Secretary of Statefrom time to time . . . to pay over to the Exchequer out of the balances accumulated in his hands under the provisions of this Act such sums as . . . may seem fit.
